My most favorite (butt) workout is during my yoga stretch every Thursday.

Our instructor with make us stand wide leg, pretty much like the one in the last video and we would try to fold as much forward as we can, just to stretch the spine as well.

It really pulls my inner thigh muscle while trying to keep my sit bone up right. I really love this work out, not only because it’s good for the butt but also keeping myself tone around the legs region.

I have a flat butt that doesn’t stick out and I like it that way, although it could be more toned. I don’t like the big butt look on today’s young females. A nice toned whole body looks great and is very healthy.

Is working out in the ways you showed the only thing these celebrities do to enlarge their butt?

Hi Christine, it’s great to hear you say you like the way your butt looks – good for you!

I’ve heard that some people are getting implants in their back compartment now. It’s not for me but whatever floats your boat I guess.

I’m not exactly looking for a big powerful butt myself, but I think these workouts you’ve listed aren’t just great for a woman’s butt, they are just as good for men. I am a tennis player, and a runner, so all these exercises are very beneficial to my legs. So I wouldn’t just pigeon-hole these for women. Great article with some great exercises.

Along with giving these women the chance to help build their but, these exercises also have so many more benefits which is a plus! lower body workouts primarily high volume like these are will help burn extra calories, build good lean muscle, and build those bootys! great post! would you ever reccommend adding in a high volume deadlift in here as well? this workout actually activates the most muscle groups for a movement and is super good for building muscle.

I agree with you about the deadlift however I advise people be cautious with this exercise as it is very important to maintain correct form to avoid injury.
