One more rep pre workout review

1.m.r pre workout

This is one tasty pre workout supplement! I’m trying to lose a bit of weight at the moment hence my current diet is a definite disappointment to my taste buds, and certainly nothing to get excited about. One thing I do get excited about now though is getting up in the morning and whacking a scoop of 1MR in a protein shaker with some water and savouring its deliciousness. Blue raspberry and fruit punch are both very tasty.

1.M.R ingredients

Like almost every other one more rep ingredientspre workout formula on the market the ingredients are only listed as part of the proprietary mix, not as individual quantities. This annoys me but this is not the time nor place to go into that. Anyway, moving on we can see that it has the CarnoSyn form of Beta-Alanine which is a good start. There is enough of this to get some facial tingle happening before heading to the gym which is always my highly scientific test :p It also has Creatine to give you a pump and speed up muscle recovery. As well as these fundamental pre workout ingredients it has a killer stimulant blend of Taurine, L-Arginine, Caffeine, Guarana, Yerba mate (whatever that is!) and L-Tyrosine. It also has a bunch of other ingredients which don’t add to your pump, energy or motivation but I’m sure they are making your muscles happy.

One more rep review summary

Pros: Delightfully delicious taste

Cons: Only seems to last about an hour for me

Energy: Excellent energy without sending your heart racing

Pump: Nice pump.

Duration: 1 hour

Price: Very reasonable

It is best to replenish the worn out tissues after a great workout. And getting the right supplement into the body is one hard task if you don’t really have much knowledge about it.

This looks like one great supplement to try out.

But what i will like to know s this, do they ship to all countries?

Actually Fidel it’s very easy to get a supplement into your body – the hard bit is making sure you take the right one! Which one is right for you depends on your background and fitness goals. There is plenty of info on this site to help you, such as the following posts

The Best Caffeine Free Pre Workout Supplements

The Best Pre Workout For Cardio

Best Pre Workout Supplement Without Creatine

Depending which country you’re based in I’m sure you can find something!

Thank you for the review, do you know what the difference is between starting the work out without a supplement and starting it with a supplement? Does a supplement help to the body health? I’d like to know if the natural supplements are safe as natural food. If it last 1 hour, should I take more if I want to exercise several hours?

Supplementation covers a really broad spectrum but you seem to be talking about pre workout supplements. Some are more effective than others and there are many different varieties with different ingredients available. Thanks for the review. That is funny that you mention Yerba Mate. I live in South America and here it is a very big thing! Almost an obsession. Especially with the Argentinians, Uruguayans and Brazilians. It’s not a tea but to me tastes like a bitter green tea. The leaves come from a scrub and it’s mixed with hot water. High in caffeine & antioxidants. Very good for you – so they say!

Hi Stacey, Yerba Mate is indeed proclaimed to be very good for you. All those people can’t be wrong!

    Hey Brad,
I often wondered about a pre workout supplement. I take my protein after I am finished working out but really haven’t done one before. I try to eat a little bit before I work out. Are there specific benefits that occur when taking a pre workout supplement? I’ll have to try it out and see if it helps me out. Thanks for the great information in the article!

    Hi,

I used this pre workout once and hated it. It didn’t sit well with my stomach at all. I hate how all pre workouts have propriety blends in them. No one knows what the hell are in them, and that’s scary to me. I recently started making my own pre workout, and it kicks ass. The pumps are insane and it isn’t packed with stimulants or anything like that. If you want a free sample, hit me up anytime dude.

    Take care,

    Lucas

Finally a review where the product formula is mentioned! Kudos for taking your time to talk about the different ingredients – some are proven but other sound a bit weird.

Would’ve liked if you extended the part about your personal experience using it. I’m interested in first hand experience about 1 MR to be honest.

What do you think about N.O. Explode though?
